Sound Environment provided the specialist AV and custom immersive audio content  for the Warburton Arts Project’s exhibition “Our Land, Our Body”. Over three years and 18 venues the exhibition toured throughout the top contemporary exhibition spaces in china.

Through boots-on-the-ground field recording, Sound Environment captured expansive soundscapes both cultural and natural, culminating in an immersive 24 channel soundscape that accompanied the exhibition.


Sound Environment provided AV hardware and software, design, installation, production and project management including:

  • A Library of on site field recordings documenting important cultural heritage

  • 24 channel surround soundscape including hardware and content

  • Synchronised projection content

  • Video walls and auxiliary A/V
